  • Exceptions: Products that are custom-made or unsuitable for return for hygienic reasons cannot be returned.

Return procedure

  1. Return request: Within 14 days of receiving the product, contact our support service via e-mail to submit your return request. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Shipping instructions: After approval of your return request, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with return instructions and a return label if applicable.
  3. Packaging: Pack the product carefully in the original packaging and include a copy of the invoice or order confirmation.
  4. Shipping: Send the parcel to the return address provided. Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
  5. Confirmation: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will send a confirmation of the return status to your e-mail.

Refund

  • Refund period: After approval of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days. Please allow for the processing time of your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping costs: The shipping costs of the original delivery will be refunded only if the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange an item, for example for a flexi clip instead of a wristband, please contact our support service. We are happy to help you through the process of swapping.

Defective or incorrect products

If you have received a faulty or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt. We will ensure you receive a replacement item free of charge or your money back.
